Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay - Liverpool

The front desk staff were rude to me and my family, which left us feeling unwelcome. It was disappointing to encounter unprofessional behavior at check-in, especially after a long journey.

The location was excellent and perfect, in the Syracuse neighborhood, in the very very nice area. The well-kept and well-appointed room had all the necessary facilities, a microwave oven, an ironing set, and a work desk.

Pool was freezing upon arrival for kids.

Everything is nice here, had a really good stay with friendly service and a good breakfast. The breakfast is marvellous, decent food. The staff has always been highly courteous and top-class. Excellent location to the lakes, you can walk everywhere. It's also close to Liverpool as well as restaurants.

The comfy stay gave us the perfect base for visiting the St Joseph's Health Amphitheater and enjoying the local golf course. Check-in was smooth, and the cookies in the lobby were a nice treat!

It was a bit noisy with drilling on our floor as they changed locks, which interrupted our evening.

The hot tub was super clean, and the pool was a great spot to relax. I felt comfortable and at home here.

The hotel is a wonderful base for a weekend in Liverpool. All the rooms are reasonably large and well-appointed with a jacuzzi tub and the staff are consistently courteous. The location is excellent and favourable, 12 miles from the airport. It's in a nice building in the very nice area. The venue restaurant is nice!

We had a great time during our two-night stay! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of choices, and I loved how spacious our King Room was. the room could use some updates as the décor felt a bit dated. I would definitely consider staying here again!
